Acceptance
By using this website or requesting service from DAY Auto Care, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Services
We provide mobile auto-repair services in York County, Pennsylvania. The specific work we perform on your vehicle is described in the quote we give you before the work begins. We reserve the right to decline jobs we don't believe we can do safely or correctly mobile.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If something unexpected comes up during the job (e.g., a seized bolt, a hidden broken part), we'll stop and contact you before doing additional work. We do not perform additional work without your approval.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is completed. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Diagnostic fees are due at the time of service whether or not we proceed with a repair.
Warranty
Most repairs are covered by a 12-month parts and labor warranty starting on the date of service. The warranty covers defects in the parts we installed and the work we performed. It does not cover:
- Wear-and-tear items past their normal service life
- Damage caused by accident, neglect, or modification after our service
- Work performed by another party after ours
- Pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the work we did

Customer responsibilities
- Provide a safe, accessible location for us to perform the work (level ground, enough space to safely lift the vehicle).
- Be available (or reachable by phone) during the appointment.
- Notify us before our visit if any rules at your location (e.g., apartment lots, HOA) prohibit on-site repair.
Limitations & disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAY Auto Care's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after we've already traveled to your location may incur a trip fee.
SMS & communications
By contacting us, you consent to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails from us. You may opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
